This book/CD set was useful for hearing and listening to the phrases that I learned in the first book.  I wouldn't recommend this one by itself.  It seems to be interemediately in the first couple chapters of the Teach Yourself Norwegian book.

The dialogues themselves are pretty easy to figure out.  I think they need a little more to it though.  They have 3 CDs but it seems like they didn't go over enough new expressions or colloquialisms, especially since I hear how Norwegian is a very colloquial language.

I would recommend this to go with the first book Teach Yourself Norwegian.
