We're sorry to hear you are having problems loggining in. 95% of time this is caused by problems with cookies. You can take the following steps to solve this problem:

Mozilla Firefox (2.0)

1) Go to the Tools menu

2) Select Privacy> Options> Show Cookies

3) Search for huitalk, select relevant cookies and click remove

Internet Explorer

1) Go to the Tools menu

2) Select Internet Options> General

3) Click the button 'Delete all Cookies'  (NB this means other passwords and log in information temporarily stored will also be deleted. Another reason to switch to Firefox which allows you delete specific cookies)
