I'm interested to know how much you guys make use of language exchanges. They can be really useful but at the same time they are difficult to keep going on a regular basis. Right now I am working so much I have no time for language exchanges but since I live with Spanish speakers I can practice anytime I get the motivation (which is not as often as it should be!).

My roommate is Russian so she teaches me silly words and I help her improve her English.  I wish I knew russian better though.  But other than that, I have no current lang exchanges.
